Renovation of a military facility in Omaha, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
The work covered by this Scope of Work (SOW) consists of furnishing all construction services, labor, equipment, tools, materials, travel, lifts, licenses and permits required to repair the HVAC system and replace the boiler at the North Platte Readiness Center, North Platte, NE. Work to include removal of existing failing boiler, installation of new VRF system, replacement and repair of failing piping and valves, and necessary interior wall/floor repairs as a result of the HVAC equipment changes. Repair of existing failing HVAC system will be accomplished by replacement HVAC system that will provide new Air to Air VRF system with all new BMS controls as well as exhaust fans.
