Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Frankton, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Town Council of the Town of Frankton, Madison County, Indiana, that the Town is accepting bids for road paving within the Town limits. Project is for 11th St from Sigler St (State Road 128) north to Maple St. General scope of Project as follows: Repair failed areas to an average depth of 4", mill existing pavement an average depth of 1 1/2 inches. Install manhole riser rings as necessary, apply tack coat to insure proper bond to existing pavement. Place and compact 9.5 mm asphalt surface to an average compact depth of 1 1/2 inches. 11th St is a 2-lane road with sidewalks and curbs on East & West sides, and is approximately 21 ft wide and 660 ft long. 11th St has previously been dug up for water line repair and has areas that may have a slight sink hole.
