EPDM Roof Replacement: Removal of an existing built up roof and replace with a 060. EPDM System, including rigid insulation and installation of new gutter system, with leaders and down spouts. Install gutters and leaders. Alternate: 3. EPDM Roof Recover: If there is only one roofing system then the contractor shall proceed with the alternate specification to re-cover the existing roofing system.
