Cox Creek Control Panels 1 - Patapsco and Patapsco Park Modifications a. The Work includes upgrade oftwo existing sewage pumping stations- Patapsco SPS and Patapsco Park SPS and consists ofthe following major items: Patapsco SPS: Structure demolition, new elevated masonry electrical building, new dry pit pumpsand motors, piping and valves, control panels, electrical equipment, HVAC equipment, complete system integration, bypass pumping connection, and temporary bypass pumping system; Patapsco Park SPS: Bypass pumping connection, electrical, control panels, complete systems integration, HVAC, elevated steel platform and appurtenances, site work and temporary bypass pumping system. b. Cost range is: over $3,000,000. c. Project duration is 540 consecutive calendar days from NTP. d. Liquidated damages shall be $950 per calendar day. e. The project Design Engineer is KCI Technologies, Inc. CM/I consultant selection is in progress. The Work includes the following major items: Cox Creek Control Panels 1 - Patapsco and Patapsco Park Modifications complete in place, as specified and indicated in the Contract Documents, including, but not limited to upgrade of two existing sewage pumping stations including Patapsco SPS: structure demolition, new elevated masonry electrical building, new dry pit pumps and motors, piping and valves, control panels, electrical equipment, HVAC equipment, complete system integration and bypass pumping connection; Patapsco Park SPS: removals, bypass pumping connection, elevated steel platform and appurtenances, HVAC, electrical, control panels, complete systems integration and site works; and temporary bypass pumping systems at each station.
