SCOPE OF WORK Bidders shall provide qualifications statement with the Bid, which includes copies of all applicable licenses, professional affiliations, and certifications. Proper precautions when working on site to protect any and all structures, plants, and property including utilities will be taken by the Contractor. Any damages associated with operation will be reported immediately to the District. Any damages caused by Contractor's actions shall be corrected and/or paid for by the Contractor at no additional cost to the District. All Personnel provided by the Contractor shall be competent, experienced, courteous, properly dressed in identifiable uniforms. The Bidder shall provide Bid prices for the base bid and alternates. Successful Bidder must be able to provide adequate manpower and satisfactorily operating equipment in order to complete the work prior to June 1, 2023.
