Site work and paving for a civil project in Glenbeulah, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

For Utility and Street Construction - 2023 The work in this contract includes all labor, materials, and equipment for the construction of the following major work items: Contract "A" Utilities, 1,638 lineal feet of 8-inch sanitary sewer, 2 sanitary sewer manholes, 810 lineal feet of sanitary laterals, 2,590 lineal feet of 8-inch PVC watermain, 1,020 lineal feet of 1-inch polyethylene water service, 1,030 lineal feet of storm sewer, 14 storm sewer structures, and 1,160 lineal feet of 6-inch storm connections. Contract "B" Street, 5,700 cubic yards of excavation, 4,800 tons of crushed aggregate base course, 4,613 lineal feet of mountable curb and gutter, 9,325 square feet of concrete drives, 1,180 tons of bituminous pavement. The Bidding Documents may be examined at the following locations: Warren Vandoske Village of Glenbeulah W3201 Orchard Road 110 North Swift Street Elkhart Lake, WI 53020 P.O. Box 128 Glenbeulah, WI 53023 Bidders Qualification statement is required and shall be submitted directly to the Village of Glenbeulah 5 calendar days prior to bid opening per Instructions to Bidders. As part of their Bids, Bidders shall submit a full and complete list of 1) all of the proposed Subcontractors, and 2) the class of work which each will perform. The selected Contractor shall not alter this list without the written consent of the Village. All Bids shall be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond. Payable to the Village of Glenbeulah, in the amount of no less than five percent (5%) nor more than ten percent (10 %) of the bid. Bidders may not withdraw their bid within the 60-day period after the date of the bid opening. American Iron and Steel Section746 of Title VVI of the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2017 (Division A - Agriculture, Rural Development, Food and Drug Administration, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2017) and subsequent statutes mandating domestic preference applies an American Iron and Steel requirement to this Project. All iron and steel products used in the project must be produced in the United States. The term "iron and steel products" means the following p[products made primarily of iron or steel: line or unlined pipes and fittings, manhole covers and other municipal castings, hydrants, tanks, flanges, pipe clamps and restraints, valves, structural steel, reinforced precast concrete and Construction Materials. The Village of Glenbeulah reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive or not waive any informality in the bids received and to accept any proposal, which they deem most favorable to the interests of the Village.
