The City of Richmond will receive proposals for On-Call-Construction Management and Inspection Services the City’s secure online bidding system. All firms will receive an e-bid confirmation number with a time stamp. The City of Richmond, Engineering Services Department is seeking civil engineering firms to provide a 3-year on-call construction management and inspection service in the amount of $1,000,000 for a three year contract, with the option to extend the term of the contract for an additional two years, for a wide variety of public improvement projects in the City. These projects may include pavement rehabilitation (including pavement preservation/maintenance, pavement reconstruction), drainage and storm drain improvements, sanitary sewer improvements, slope stabilization, creek restoration, building renovation, traffic signal modification, street light improvements, fiber optic installation, bicycle and pedestrian improvements, trails, sidewalk and curb ramps, etc. The services may include project bid document review and preparation; Pre-bid. Pre-award, and Post- award services; Construction Management services and Post-construction services; and any other services that may be required or related to the construction of public projects.
