Renovation of a transportation facility in Peachtree City, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
For additional information, contact Hope Macaluso, Airport Manager, at (770) 487-2225. Submit all questions via email to hope@kffc.org and cc: mike@kffc.org, and scott@kffc.org. Remove existing roofing system down to the existing metal decking and install a new fully adhered metal roof system with a minimum 20-year warranty. Install all new insulation, membrane, flashings, parapet wall caps, scuppers, downspouts, and permanent fall arrest anchors. The building is tenant occupied. 5% bid bond is required of all bidders. Bid bond must be present for bid to be read or considered. A contract performance bond, and Labor and Materials Payment Bond, each in an amount equal to 100% of the contract amount will be required of the successful bidder.
