Description: The City of Owasso (City) is inviting qualified vendors to submit a Proposal relating to the management of mobile concession facilities at four (4) specified park locations in the City of Owasso from April 1, 2023, through October 31, 2023. Respondents may apply to manage any or all locations. The City intends to seek a private entity to provide concessions at any or all of the following facilities: Rayola Park: Located at 8300 Owasso Expressway, Owasso - Amenities include Playground, Splash Pad, Picnic Shelter, Restrooms, and a Walking Trail. Funtastic Island: Locate at 10320 East 116th Street North, Owasso - Amenities include Playground, Splash Pad, Picnic Shelter, and Restrooms. Centennial Park: Located at 15301 East 86th Street North, Owasso - Amenities include 3 Mile Walking / Jogging Trail, Restrooms, Picnic Shelter, Fishing Ponds, Playground Equipment, and Disc Golf (18 holes) Elm Creek Park: Located at 12401 East 77th Place North, Owasso - amenities include Fishing Pond, 1/2 Mile Walking/Jogging Trail, Restrooms, 2 Picnic Shelters, Tennis Courts, and Playground Equipment.
