Renovation of a fire / police facility in Covina, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.

**As of February 7, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. Contract will be up for award and City Council Consideration is tentatively scheduled for February 20, 2024.** SCOPE OF WORK The project consists of the renovation of existing 1275 square feet men locker room and restroom (Basement Level); 599 square feet of women locker and restroom (Ground Level) and 158 square feet of single occupant restroom (Ground Level) and other related work as described in the Plans, Specifications, and Contract Documents, by this reference, made a part hereof. LIQUIDATED DAMAGES The successful bidder shall have NINETY (90) calendar days to complete the work. Liquidated damages shall be $500.00 per working day.
