The College will award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder who satisfies the qualification criteria as set forth in the contract documents. If an addendum and/or clarification is posted, it SHOULD be noted in the General Agreement section of the bidder's proposal. The College may issue Addenda or Clarifications which may include additions to or deletions from the scope of work; changes to the Specifications, Drawings, and proposal form; and clarifications of requirements.
