The City of Staunton Department of Community Development is seeking proposals from wellqualified consultants to develop a revitalization strategy for the City's West End Community to evaluate existing urban design and conditions, identify revitalization needs and priorities, develop a vision and improvement strategy, and create a marketing approach.
