The Project includes the following Work: o Construction of a new 20" HDPE water main and access roadway to distribute flow to and from a 1 MG water storage tank being constructed at 189 Falmouth Road. A connection to the existing water service is required. All surfaces disturbed by Contractor in the installation of underground piping or for any other reason shall be restored by the Contractor. All restoration work shall be performed in accordance with the requirements of Division 2 - Site Work. o Contractor shall be responsible for project coordination, scheduling, and site/personnel safety. o Furnish all labor, materials and equipment necessary to conduct site clearing, blasting, and grading of the proposed access roadway within the limits defined in the Contract Drawings. Clearing will also be completed within the boundaries of the future water storage tank site as shown within in the Contract Drawings. o Handle all drainage and water removal. o Furnish all labor, materials and equipment necessary to install and test the pipe and appurtenances. o Furnish all labor, materials and equipment necessary to construct the access roadway. o Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required to complete the work in it entirely, including all bonds, insurance, permits, mobilization, and associated clean up. o Furnish and install all materials, equipment, and incidentals which are reasonably and properly inferable and necessary for the proper completion of the Work, whether specifically indicated in the Contract Documents or not. o Work must be completed in accordance with the specified construction sequencing constraints and guidelines.
