The New Jersey Sports and Exposition Authority (NJSEA) is seeking Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for qualified design consulting firms for on-call professional services. Potential design consulting services include, without limitation: site analysis, comprehensive design services, regulatory filing and approval services, cost estimating services, construction bid document preparation and other related services necessary for future improvement and upgrades to various facilities owned/or operated by NJSEA. The term of this contract is for a one hundred and eighty (180) day period. In accordance with Public Law 2004, c.57, the NJSEA may only enter into contracts with a firm who provide proof of valid business registration with the Division of Revenue in the Department of Treasury, of the State of New Jersey. Such proof must be submitted concurrently with the RFQ. In order to insulate the award of state contracts from risk of improper influence, the NJSEA shall only enter into a Contract with a firm who complies with Public Law 2005, C.51, Executive Order 117, and Public Law 2022, c.3. The required forms and instructions are included in the RFQ. All firms must submit all questions and concerns by Tuesday, March 14, 2023 at 2:00 PM. The NJSEA further reserves the right to make such investigations as it deems necessary as to the qualifications of any and all firms submitting a response. In the event that all RFQ's are rejected, the NJSEA reserves the right to re-solicit for these professional services.
