Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Cincinnati, Ohio. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
For Finneytown-LSD-HAM-CFAP-2022 Design and construction of a new middle/high school for grades 7 through 12. The total square footage planned for the new middle/high school is 72,236 co-funded square feet. Planned enrollment for the new middle/high school is 418. Achieving LEED silver certification under version 4.0 for the new middle/high school is required at a minimum. At this time, the project will not include a design of a storm shelter within the building, however an allowance remains in the project in the event the District elects to incorporate the scope at a later date. Submit all questions regarding this RFQ in writing to Procurement@ofcc.ohio.gov with the project number included in the subject line (no phone calls please). Questions will be answered and posted to the Opportunities page on the OFCC website on a regular basis until one week before the response deadline. The name of the party submitting a question will not be included on the Q&A document.
