Description

Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Kindersley, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the construction of a 420-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

The Town of Kindersley is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced contractors for the construction of a building to be known as the Motherwell Showerhouse which will be located at the Motherwell Reservoir located in Kindersley, SK. The primary function of the Showerhouse is to provide changeroom, bathroom and shower facilities, including a mechanical and storage room that can be utilized by those wishing to enjoy outdoor recreation opportunities available with all-season access. The anticipated budget for construction of this project is not to exceed $125,000.00. The components listed for the project, construction material type and size of facility are to be taken into account when submitting a proposal.
