The Department of Military Affairs is seeking to contract with a responsible Vendor for the purpose of replacing existing condensers (a total quantity of two (2) in total; one 12-Ton Condenser, and one 30-Ton Condenser), coils, piping, refrigerant, and other incidentals (further defined in Exhibit C of the Sample Contract), located at the Camp Ripley Training Center, Little Falls, MN. Units shall be totally operational an The Contractor shall commence work within the shortest time possible after receipt of purchase order. It is desired that work be completed before August 31, 2023; however, the term of this contract is anticipated to be from March 2023, to August 31, 2023. Actual days of work must be coordinated with and approved by the State's Authorized Representative and will require 7- day prior notification. States Representative may waive the 7-day notice at his discretion The estimated total dollar value of the contract for one year is $70,000.00 to $80,000.00. However, this shall not be construed as either the minimum or maximum amount. It shall also be understood and accepted by the responder that any quantities shown in this solicitation are estimated quantities only and impose no obligation upon the State either minimum or maximum The State reserves the right to Reject any and all responses received All questions should be submitted no later than 3:00 p.m., Friday-March 10, 2023. The State is not obligated to answer questions submitted after the questions/clarifications due date and time. Responders are not to contact anyone within any other State Agency regarding this solicitation. Responses that exceed $50,000.00 must be accompanied by a surety bond of a surety company duly authorized to do business in the State of Minnesota; in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total amount of the response, which is submitted as a solicitation security conditioned upon the Responder entering into a contract with the State of Minnesota in accordance with the terms of the solicitation *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
