Renovation of an educational facility in Bolivia, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
*No bids received. Project rebidding. The general project scope consists of the replacement of the existing fire alarm system at Supply Elementary School located in Supply, NC. The project will consist of installing new fire alarm system with voice evacuation and removal of existing fire alarm system once new system is operational Requirements for bidding this project are as follows: 1. All trades must be licensed by the State of North Carolina 2. Workman's Compensation Insurance 3. General Liability Insurance 4. 5% Bid Bond & 100% Performance Bond & 100% Payment Bond (note: Electrical Contractor will be Prime) BCS reserves the right to waive all informalities in bids, to accept any bid, or any portion thereof, or to reject any or all bids should it be deemed in its best interest to do so and allowed by General Statute. Small, minority-owned, and women-owned businesses are encouraged to submit proposals 1. All RFI's shall be received on or before 5:00 pm on Wednesday March 29, 2023, via email or letter. 2. Any verbal responses or comments are non-binding and only written requests are contractual.
