This license must be valid at the time of submission of the bid. Tenders must be accompanied by a tender guarantee, in the form of a tender bond in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the amount of the tender presented, valid for a period of sixty (60 ) days and made out to or in favor of the municipal housing office of Québec. Tenderers will be responsible for the choice of subcontractors both for their solvency and for the content of their tender and must ensure that they hold the required licenses and permits.
