Renovation of a mixed-use development in Victoria, British Columbia. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
Demolition and renovation of two (2) separate existing buildings located at 1401 Rockland Avenue, Victoria, BC. The Province is undertaking two projects of two service buildings on the Government House grounds that includes; demolition and re-landscape of the existing Chauffeur House, and upgrades and improvements to the Carport building which includes upgrades to existing washrooms. TIMELINE: Request for proposal to engage a professional consulting team comprised of prime consultant is closed; preferred proponent is unreleased. This work will include, but not limited to design, construction documentation, and construction administration services. Further update in late summer 2025, upon approvals.
