Prospective attendees exhibiting any cold or flu-like symptoms will not be admitted. These requirements may change. Responders are responsible for sending attendees who meet the requirements in effect at the time of the pre-bid meeting. Attendees shall be provided with Visitor passes at the front desk. No independent, unescorted observations of the premises are allowed. This meeting time will be the only observation access to the premises provided during bidding. 1.03 SUMMARY OF WORK A. The work will be done under one prime contract that includes: Mechanical, HVAC, BAS and Electrical construction. B. The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. 1. Replacement of mechanical HVAC hot water heating system equipment, building automation system, and associated HVAC pipe, insulation, and electrical systems. C. Substantial Completion of the work shall be achieved on or before May 24, 2024. Work on site may not commence before until all submittals have been approved and materials and equipment orders confirmed as timely, as authorized by the MnDOT Project Manager.
