Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in New Denver, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
This tender includes the supply and installation of materials and labour to complete the following project located at Rosebery Provincial Park- Near new Denver, BC. In general the work consists of the following: Preparation, Supply, Installation of new 50mm thick asphalt paving in Rosebery Provincial Park Campground approximately 1417 SM of asphalt and 663 LM of shouldering Preparation, Supply, Installation of 50mm thick asphalt. Existing area to be removed and repaired/ replaced. Approximately 68 SM of asphalt and 20 LM of shouldering. Regrading and re-compaction of existing base material Supply, placement and installation of shouldering material Installation of Owner supplied precast parking curbs 8"x8'x quantity of 21 - curbs to be pinned with contractor supplied 15mm rebar that is 20" long All works will be delivered with the successful Proponent performing in the role of Prime Contractor- with the contractor responsible for all elements of Health and safety, protection of the environment, and protection of the public.
