IMPORTANT NOTICES The Company has removed the following forms from its contractual documents: Certificate relating to the probity of the tenderer ; Statement regarding lobbying activities. The content of these forms has been incorporated into the Instructions to Tenderers and declarations are now made by signing the Tender Form. Additional signature spaces have been added to the Submission Form to allow the signature of each member of a non-legally organized consortium when the latter has not identified a member, by proxy, to sign as the representative of the consortium. Authorization to contract/certificate from Revenu Quebec It is strongly suggested that bidders make their request for a certificate from Revenu Quebec and, if applicable, their request for authorization to contract with the Autorite des marches publics as soon as possible, in accordance with the requirements of the contract documents, in order to to ensure that these requirements are met before the deadline date and time indicated in the Instructions to tenderers and/or in the Additional Instructions .
