Work also includes replacing roof flashing and associated roofing accessories, as well as a new roof access ladder. Scope of Services Project consists of demolition of existing 29,850 square foot SBS mod cap roofing and replacing with new TPO membrane roof assembly. Other Information Preference shall be given to Colorado resident bidders and for Colorado labor, as provided by law. Per C.R.S. 24-105-201 If the construction value is $50,000 or greater a Bid Bond and Power of Attorney or Proposal Guaranty is required in an amount not less than 5% of the total Bid.
