**As of May 25, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded. The Project is expected to be awarded around mid of June 2023**  The City of Goleta (City) is seeking the services of a qualified contractor to replace HVAC Units AC-11, AC-13, CU-1, and CU-3 on the roof of City Hall located at 130 Cremona Drive, Goleta, CA 93117. The scope of work includes the following tasks 1. Remove and dispose of existing units, including: Recover refrigerant from existing units per EPA standards. Disconnect electrical, gas, and control wiring. Remove and dispose of existing units. 2. Install new or adapt existing curb adapters. Please provide cost to install new curb adapters and a credit on the cost sheet if curb adapters are used. 3. Install new units: Replacement units shall, at a minimum, be of equivalent specification to the existing units, but shall comply with all current codes. Please specify the make and model of your proposed units and supply cut sheets with your submittal. Seismically attach units and curb adapters. Reconnect existing electrical, gas, and control systems. Charge equipment with refrigerant and start up. 4. Replace refrigerant lines for units CU-1 and CU-3. 5.
