Site work for a mixed-use development in Duluth, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a golf course; and water / sewer project.
Construction of a new irrigation system at Enger Park Golf Course including pump station and enclosure. QUESTIONS: Please submit any questions regarding this project via e-mail to purchasing@duluthmn.gov. Responses will be issued as an addendum to this solicitation. Deadline to submit questions or product substitution requests is 5:00 pm on Friday, March 31, 2023. Bid surety in the amount of 5% of the total bid must be submitted with each bid Performance & Payment Bonds - The awarded contractor will be required to submit performance and payments bonds in the full amount of the project cost prior to award. City forms available in the City Standard Contract Forms within the Bid Express solicitation must be used. The City of Duluth is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
