This competitive bid is being conducted under the requirements of Universal Service Administrative Company (herein referred to as "USAC") provider selection for certain services defined herein. Overview Henderson Independent School District, located in Henderson, TX, (herein referred to as "district") is seeking to purchase category two "network cabling". The district is seeking E-Rate funding available through the USAC administered under the direction of the Federal Communications Commission (herein referred to as "FCC") for this purchase; therefore, bids must not expire prior to June 30, 2024. Scope The district seeks to purchase installation of network cabling as indicated in the standard bid sheet. Bids received in response to this notice will be evaluated with the following factors Upon completion of bid evaluation, the district will notify the winning bidder of its intent to award a contract. Deliverables Completed standard bid sheet. (attached) Purchase Execution The district, upon receiving notification of funding by USAC, will issue a purchase order for the products and services with the winning bidder.
