Loto-Québec is looking for a recent but proven technology solution that is efficient and scalable, robust and reliable for all of its sites. No proposal received after the closing time and date will be accepted. To be eligible to submit a proposal, the proponent must meet the following criteria and provide the documents specified below , otherwise their proposal will be automatically rejected: Have obtained the call for proposals document via the Quebec government's electronic tendering system; Hold a valid Attestation de Revenu Québec, which must not have been issued after the closing date and time of this call for proposals. The implementation must include the following implementation requirements: Similar complexity: At least three (3) existing buildings/buildings in operation grouped under a centralized system; Financial scope: Over $500,000; Similar nature: migration project. In this regard, Loto-Québec may consider the experience of a subsidiary of the proposer of its parent company or of a business resulting from the merger of the proposer, one of its subsidiaries or its parent company.
