Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Benton Harbor, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
As of July 28, 2023, construction is underway, however, an exact timeline for construction has not been confirmed. The project consists of improving Carronde Park in St. Joseph Charter Township through the addition of fishing piers, a kayak launch, sidewalks, HMA parking spaces, grading, signage, recycle bins and picnic tables.
