A. The purpose of the project is to bypass flow, install new sanitary sewer pipe and manholes, remove and replace existing sanitary sewer pipe and manholes with new upsized sanitary sewer pipe and pre-cast concrete manholes, and connect laterals at the locations identified on the plans. All construction shall be coordinated by the Contractor and sequenced and scheduled to maintain current wastewater conveyance. B. All work shown and specified in the Contract Documents shall be the work of this Construction Contract. The Owner does not anticipate awarding other prime contracts for the project as shown. C. This Section provides an abbreviated summary of the work for the Construction Contract associated with the Owner's program to construct the project. D. In the event that any of the provisions in the technical specifications conflicts with the general conditions, the provision more favorable to the Owner, as determined by the Owner in its sole discretion, shall govern.
