Completed plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Project Information: The Owner plans to build a new one-story Elementary School with mechanical mezzanines as indicated, approximately 121,181 sf. The facility will include Classrooms, Cafeteria, Administrative offices, a Gymnasium, Common Spaces and playground areas including sit specific Civil work. The overall site storm detention has been accounted for. This project includes conveyance to connection points provided for Storm Water, Sanitary Sewer, Domestic Water, Natural Gas and other similar systems. In addition the site work includes a private ring road at the perimeter of the site, landscaping, irrigation, parking and related flatwork. Grades served are Pre-K though 5. It will be located outside of the City of Tomball, but within Harris County, Texas on a current Tomball ISD owned property.
