For Elementary School Roof Renovation Project CHERRY ROAD ELEMENTARY SCHOOL (CRS), 201 CHERRY ROAD, SYRACUSE, NY 13219. WALBERTA PARK ELEMENTARY SCHOOL (WPS), 400 WALBERTA ROAD, SYRACUSE, NY 13219. Cherry Road Elementary School 42-07-01-06-0-003-014 Walberta Park Elementary School 42-07-01-06-0-002-012 Bids are requested for the following Prime Contracts: Contract GC-1 General Construction Contractor As bid security, each proposal shall be accompanied by Certified Check or Bid Bond made out to Owner, in accordance with amounts and terms described in INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality in, or to reject, any and all bids. No bidder may withdraw his proposal within forty five (45) calendar days of actual date of opening thereof. All pre-bid questions or requests for information (RFI) shall be in writing and may be submitted in email format to all of the following: donovan@ashleymcgraw.com, monaghan@ashleymcgraw.com, dbutts@campuscmg.com . Verbal inquiries will not be accepted. Pre-bid questions will no longer be accepted after March 14, 2023. All questions warranting response shall be addressed by addendum to all plan holders.
