Site work for a mixed-use development in Lafayette Township, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.
The project includes but is not limited to approximately 10,950 LF of 3-inch low-pressure sewer, 4,200 LF of 2-inch low-pressure sewer, 3,510 LF of 1.5-inch low-pressure service lateral, 1,530 LF of 2-inch low-pressure service lateral, twenty-nine (29) simplex grinder pump stations, and one (1) duplex grinder pump station. The work includes piping, site work, electrical, and all other work required for the completion of the project. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any bid, or all bids, or to accept any bid or bids, or to make such combination of bids as may seem desirable, and to waive any and all informalities in bidding
