The City of Amarillo reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or parts of bids, and to waive any formalities and technicalities. The City of Amarillo is soliciting a Request for Bid from respondents who are interested in and qualified to provide the replacement of the roof at the City of Amarillo Fam ilia Dental Clinic located in Amarillo, Texas. It is the intent of the City to award this bid based on the Bidder that can provide the goods or services at the Best Value to the City of Amarillo. These specifications are for the replacement of the roof at the City of Amarillo Familia Dental Clinic located at 206 NE Seventh Ave., Amarillo, Texas 79107. A. The bidder will provide all the work, superintendence, labor, tools, equipment, machinery and apparatus and whatever else may be necessary to complete the project as stated in this bid. The Contractor will be supplying all materials, equipment and labor. B. The work shall include the removal of the existing roof and installation of a new gravel roofing system or a foam roofing system (see Item G) within the approved time frame. It shall be the responsibility of the contractor to dispose of all demolition materials and site cleanup at the completion of all work.
