Site work and new construction of a medical facility in St. John's, Newfoundland. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a medical facility.
Construction of a new Cardiovascular and Stroke Institute in Kenmount Crossing. Phase One includes cardiology clinics; Heart Force On; virtual care; and travelling cardiologists. Phase Two includes: integrate of stroke and vascular care to the provincial programs with the cardiac program. Phase Three will be the physical construction of the institute. Scope to include: new multi-level 1000-vehicle parking garage; overhead pedestrian link from new garage to Level 2. TIMELINE: Project is in master planning process. RFP for technical advisory services has been awarded. DBMF pre-qualification has not yet been issued. Updates are not being provided for publication at this time. Further update may be available summer 2026.
