This Request for Subcontractor Qualifications (RFSQ) is an invitation to proponents by PCL Constructors Canada Inc. (PCL) to prequalify to participate in a future tender process for various building construction subcontractor and supplier scopes of work for the Phase 1D: Research Building on the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) Queen Street Site. Access to a partial set of Progress Set Construction Documents issued by the designers is available to proponents for reference. To obtain access to these design documents, proponents must download from Biddingo, sign and submit PCL's Confidentiality Agreement (CA). Submissions of the CA and request for design documents shall be emailed to CAMHrbRFSQ@pcl.com. Soon after PCL receives the signed CA from a proponent, the proponent will be emailed a link to access the documents. Although recommended, it is not mandatory for proponents to request these design documents. Proponents may submit revisions to RFSQ submissions prior to the submission deadline. At any time throughout the RFSQ process, a proponent may withdraw a submitted RFSQ response. To effect a withdrawal, a notice of withdrawal must be sent to the PCL Contact and must be signed by an authorized representative of the proponent. PCL will accept email requests for withdrawal from the authorized representative only. PCL is under no obligation to return withdrawn RFSQ responses. RFSQ responses should be submitted in the prescribed manner as set out above on or before the submission closing date and time. Proponents will not be able to submit RFSQ responses on Biddingo.com after the submission closing date and time. All proponents that have submitted an RFSQ response will be notified in writing by PCL if they have prequalified or not prequalified for the tender process no later than June 15, 2023. The deadline for questions from proponents is March 30, 2023. The deadline for issuing Addenda is April 06.
