Questions will be answered quickly and answers will be the subject of addenda in the form of questions / answers or modifications and additions to the tender documents. The PUBLIC BODY reserves the right not to consider a request made by a supplier if this request is not sent less than 3 working days before the date and time set for the receipt of tenders. Documents Plans, specifications, contractual documents and other information can only be obtained through the Electronic Tendering System. The BIDDER must attach to its Bid a letter of commitment signed by a surety guaranteeing the issuance of a performance bond and a guarantee of the obligations of the CONTRACTOR for wages, materials and services in accordance with the requirements provided for in the part 4.00 of the Contract. To do so, he must use the model commitment letter reproduced in appendix 4.02 of the Bid Form. Only contractors holding, where applicable, the license required under the Building Act (RSQ, c. B-1.1) will be considered for the awarding of the contract. Tendering contractors are responsible for the choice of subcontractors, their solvency and the content of their tenders. All tenders must be made in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation respecting construction contracts of public bodies (RSQ, c. C-65.1, r.5), adopted under the Act respecting contracting by public bodies.
