To replace the existing membrane roof system on the ODOT Lawnfield MS – Main Office, Building and the Electrical Office portion of the roof, located at 9200 SE Lawnfield Rd, Clackamas, Oregon. The total approximate roof area is 10,300sqft. Scope to include all lift time necessary to perform new roof system assembly. Complete demolition and disposal of existing membrane roof system over Main Office. Partial tear off of top layer of existing roof system over Electrical Office. Remove and dispose of OSB plywood layer on Main office roof only. Remove all abandoned roof protrusions with deck repair, per ODOT Project Manager. Inspect roof substrate for damages. Install UL Class A rated roof system over Main Office area. Install custom flute filler to level roof to receive new roof system. Install high density rigid insulation to meet code of R-30. Install fire rated protection hard board mechanically attached on Main office area. Install repair deck and prep deck to receive new roof system. Install slip sheet per manufacturer’s requirements at vertical walls. Install new ½” HD board over existing roof system. Re-plumb existing drainages with custom scuppers and down spouts. Install a new mechanically-attached roofing membrane. This will include all flashings and other components to compose a complete roofing system Each Offer shall be accompanied by (submitted via upload in Oregon Buys, except as provided in Section D.4) a certified or cashier's check, irrevocable letter of credit issued by an insured institution as defined in ORS 706.008, or Bid Bond payable to the State of Oregon in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Offer Liquidated Damages $600.00 The selected Bidder shall furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond each in the total amount (100%) of the awarded Contract Price, executed in favor of the State of Oregon, to ensure faithful performance of the Contract and payment for labor and materials
