Demolition and construction of asphalt driveway, concrete curb, curb ramps, minor grading, and installation of sod The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty that shall not be less than 5 percent (5%) of the amount of the Bid The amount shall be at least One Hundred Percent (100%) of the value of the materials Contractor shall furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Materials Payment Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the Contract Sum as security for the payment of all persons performing labor on the project All bidders are required to be licensed in accordance with the General Licensing Act of 1976 (TCA Title 62, Chapter 6), also known as Tennessee House Bill No. 2180. liquidated damages, the sum of $500.00 for each consecutive calendar days thereafter as hereinafter provided in the Supplemental general Conditions and the Special Conditions
