Renovation and addition to a detention facility in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the addition of a detention facility.
The County Judge reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, or any portion thereof, and readvertise if deemed necessary. Award will be made to the Company whose proposal conforms to the RFP and will be most advantageous to Sebastian County The purpose of this bid is to design, fabricate, paint, and install stainless steel light covers with polycarbonate in the Sebastian County Adult Detention Center facility located at 801 South ‘A’ Street, Fort Smith, Arkansas 72901. All work will be performed in an occupied detention center Required: Bid bonds are required in the amount of 5% of the bid The proposal shall include the following: • Design, fabricate, paint and install fourteen (14) 2’ x 4’ with 1/2” polycarbonate stainless steel light cover • Design, fabricate, paint and install eight (8) 12” x 12” with 1/2" polycarbonate stainless steel light covers o Type 304, 14 gage stainless steel for the light covers o All fasteners shall be stainless steel o Exposed fasteners shall be SECURITY type head
