To preserve the integrity of the selection process, questions regarding this Request for Proposals should only be directed to Ms. Neal by email at tneal@stchlibrary.org The deadline for questions is 3:00 p.m. CT, Friday, March 24, 2023. Questions will be answered in an addendum posted on 5:00 pm CT on Wednesday, March 29, 2023. Remove existing EPDM roofing membrane and to the existing insulation substrate and dispose of legally All work and services are to be performed by fully insured, qualified and trained journeyman workers with extensive experience of roof assembly and accessory replacements of this type, size and magnitude All specialty work, masonry, electrical, mechanical, lightening protection and plumbing to be performed by a licensed technician as part of the contract Contractor shall protect the building and roofing components during all phases of construction. At no time shall the building be left in an unwatertight condition overnight Bid security in the form of a bid bond or cashier's check of not less than 5% of the Bid amount Prior to, or by the signing of this Agreement, the Contractor shall furnish to the Library a performance bond and a labor and material payment bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Sum, which shall be acceptable to the Library in form and content.
