The Sullivan County Commissioners will be accepting sealed bids for the Baumunk Lane Stream Project on Loyalsock Creek in Forks Township, Sullivan County. Work shall include all materials and labor necessary for the installation of one (1) rock vane J-hook and three (3) single-log vane deflectors within Loyalsock Creek. All instream required work cannot commence prior to June 2, 2023, and must be completed in accordance with instream restriction on Loyalsock Creek, by October 1, 2023. This project is being supported in part, by American Rescue Plan Act funds awarded to Sullivan County by the U.S. Department of the Treasury. Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage applies. A certified check or bank draft payable to the order of Sullivan County Commissioners or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total of the Bid, shall be submitted with each bid. The Bidder shall include the fully completed Non-Collusion Affidavit with the bid. All bids shall be submitted on the forms provided in the bid packet. Bids may be held by Sullivan County for up to 60 days from the date of opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders prior to awarding the contract.
