Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Montville, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The project scope includes removing approximately 100 linear feet of 24-inch porous wall stormwater piping and replacing same in-kind with 24-inch reinforced concrete pipe. An additional 100 linear feet of 18-inch porous wall stormwater piping is proposed to be replaced in-kind with 18-inch ADS HP Storm Pipe. The project also includes the installation of one manhole structure and repairs to concrete curb, asphalt and grass surfaces. Contract Documents may be obtained at the office of the Township Engineer, 195 Changebridge Road, Montville, New Jersey, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. daily except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Bids or proposals shall be made on the forms provided and attached to the specifications which shall be submitted intact and otherwise must conform to the general instructions, specifications, terms and conditions. Bids may be hand-delivered or mailed by certified mail. Montville Township will not be responsible for any bid mailed which is lost in transit or delivered late. Bids will not be accepted after said hour. A certified check or cashier's check made payable to the order of the Township of Montville, or a duly executed bid bond in the amount of 10% of each bid, but not in excess of $20,000.00, must be submitted with the bid by each bidder.
