Renovation of an educational facility in Iowa City, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Project Scope: The scope of the project consists of the replacement of above ceiling water source (geothermal) heat pumps, the main ventilation heat pump, and hydronic equipment at Lemme Elementary School. Related controls will be replaced/upgraded and electrical power re-supplied to new equipment. General construction work includes structural and architectural modifications within the mechanical penthouse and ceiling system removal and re-install. The Bidder's security is five percent (5%) of the total bid amount and is required to be in the form of a cashier's or certified check drawn on a bank in Iowa or a bank chartered under the laws of the United States of America or a certified bank share draft drawn on a credit union in Iowa or chartered under the laws of the United States of America or a bid bond with corporate surety satisfactory to the Owner.
