Cambridge Street Pocket Park- Project Description: The project site is located at 686 Cambridge Street, Cambridge MA. The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following: 1. Protection of existing roadways, sidewalks, trees, utilities, fencing and other facilities within and adjacent to the limit of work. 2. Selective removal and disposal of any items and materials as required for performance of the Work. 3. Installation of new concrete footings and pads. 4. Installation of bituminous concrete paving. 5. Installation of electrical improvements for convenience power and catenary string lights. 6. Installation of shade structure, steel poles and site furnishings. In addition, the work under the Contract includes: 1. Work outside the Project Site as called for in the Contract Documents and as required for the performance of the Work. 2. The restoration of any items damaged or destroyed by encroaching upon areas outside the Project Site. 3. Providing and restoring, where appropriate, all temporary facilities. Work shall be substantially complete by June 30, 2023.
