Completed plans call for site work for a two-story above grade multi-residential development; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
Project: Exterior Building and Site Improvements: Skyview Terrace-grant Street and Wil-low Drive Reynolds-ville, Pa 15851 . The Project Includes 5 Two-story Buildings Consisting of (4) One-bedroom Apart-ments. Main Compo-nents of the Work in-clude: Concrete Side-walks and Porch Slabs, Masonry Main-tenance, New Roofing, Gutters and Downs-pouts, New Windows and Doors, New Sid-ing, New Porches, New Lights. All Prospective Bid-ders Are Urged to Physically Visit the Sites to See the Work in Question. The Contractor Must Ensure That Employ-ees Are Not Discrimi-nated Against Be-cause of Their Race, Color, Religion, Sex, National Origin, or Age. In Addition, the Contract Will Be Under the Requirements of New Rule-cfp Part 75 Relative to New Goals and Timetables and Section Ill of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968 Where Ap-plicable. The Jefferson County Housing Authority So-licits and Encourages Minority Business en-terprise (Mbe) Participation. Bidders Will Be Required to Comply With the Authority's Mbe Pro-gram Goal Requirements Where Applicable.
