Site work for a golf course in Johnson City, Tennessee. Conceptual plans call for site work for a golf course.
Provide all labor, materials, and equipment required for a complete installation, including but not limited to: A. All permits and inspections required by any applicable local, state, or federal regulatory agency B. Verify all existing site conditions, including public and private utility locations. Notify owner of potential conflict before commencing work. C. Layout and mark locations of all proposed poles, guy wire anchors, and other features for Owner approval before installation. D. Reinforced concrete foundations, structural steel, strain poles, netting, and accessories E. Backfill, finish grade, and seed disturbed areas to blend with surrounding areas. F. Remove and legally dispose of all construction materials, debris, and excess soils from site. G. Repair/Replace any disturbance or damage caused by construction operations to pre-existing conditions or better. Pre-Bid Meeting: None. Contact Owner's Rep to arrange site access (optional) Questions: Submit in writing to Owner's Rep no later than (1) week prior to bid opening date/time The Contractor is responsible for furnishing the proper licenses, fees, and permits required by law to do business in the City of Johnson City in completion of the requirements stated herein. All work shall be done in accordance with the latest building codes, state and federal laws relative to this project.
