They consist of repairing the paving and changing two culverts and other related work. The project receives financial assistance under the TECQ program. Only those who have their principal place of business in Quebec and Canada, and in the territories covered by the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT), and who have obtained in their name, through the SEAO, the technical estimate of the project issued by the contracting authority. The tenderer must read the contract management policy of the municipality of Saint-Sylvère, this policy is an integral part of any call for tenders launched by the municipality of Saint-Sylvère and is available at website. All bidders must comply with it, under penalty of a sanction which may go as far as rejection of the bid and termination of the contract.
