Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Smarr, Georgia. Completed plans call for the construction of a fitness / recreation center; for site work for a fitness / recreation center; and playground / park / athletic field.
Monroe County is in the process of preparing new construction for A gymnasium at the Monroe County Recreation Department. The County is seeking a general contractor with broad experience to provide design and construction management for this project. Scope: The initial work documents required will consist of a gymnasium with two in-door regulation courts, bathrooms/shower facilities, seating, concession facilities; and two fenced out-door regulations courts.
