**As of April 21, 2023 , this project has been awarded to McCarter Mechanical, Inc. for $410,595.00** Chiller Acquisition - Spartanburg School District Two (hereinafter, "the District") invites all qualified providers to submit sealed bids for the replacement of chillers at two (2) schools: Sugar Ridge Elementary School and Cooley Springs - Fingerville Elementary School. Locations- Sugar Ridge Elementary School, 2055 Hanging Rock Rd., Boiling Springs, SC 29316 and Cooley Springs - Fingerville Elementary School, 140 Cooley Springs School Rd., Chesnee, SC 29323 . 1. ATTACHMENT A Sugar Ridge Elementary School - Direct replacement/startup of an existing 200-ton air cooled chiller 2. ATTACHMENT B Cooley Springs Fingerville Elementary School - Direct replacement/startup of an existing 100-ton air cooled chiller Spartanburg County School District 2 is located in the northwestern part of Spartanburg County, and includes the Town of Chesnee and the communities of Boiling Springs, Fingerville, and Mayo. A small portion of the District is located in Cherokee County. The District encompasses a land area of approximately 134 square miles. The District is made up of 2 high schools, 1 Freshman Academy, 3 middle schools, and 9 elementary schools.
